Computing

I study computing at university, and in my "free" time I am an active web developer. Most of what I do is behind the scenes, as design work isn't my speciality. Having said that, this website is entirely my own conception and I rather like it.

Examples of my work are hard to come by, as it's mostly in the Drupal codebase of various councils spattered about the country. However, I voluntarily built and run Chabad on Campus UK's website. There are a fair few bits which need to be tweaked and ironed out, but as university increases its work-load, the time to do that has become fewer and further between. Note that the design of that website was not mine. I take no responsibility for it!

I also won the Random Hack of Kindness, London Water Hackathon with a team of three other core developers. The website that we updated and made better is hosted on my server here. It is based on Ushahidi, a Kohana-based CMS. This website is what I am extending for my third year individual project.

This section of the site will be where I post useful things that I learnt in computing, interesting tidbits I may have come across and the occasional rant when a piece of software has been terribly engineered.
